Setting Up FYI Approver after All Approvers Have Approved in the Group (Doc ID 2787688.1)

Goal

The requirement is to setup Bank Account Transfer Approval which should go the persons in an approval group.
There are four users in the Approval Group:
Requester->Approver1->Approver2->Approver3->Approver4.
Once all the approvers have approved, the notification should go to one of the users in the group, showing that all the approvers have approved the Bank Transfer.
