Symptoms

When the user synchronization integration is active between Oracle Taleo Business Edition (TBE) and Oracle Taleo Learn, the hire dates of users who go into Onboarding Status in the TBE application due to promotions, transfers, or other updates, are being changed in the Oracle Taleo Learn application when the user synchronization runs.
