Symptoms

The OIC Integration that invokes an external service using certificate based authentication  is failing after the GEN 2 upgrade.

Error Summary: ICS runtime execution error Error Reason: javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: Error while dispatching SOAP message to the endpoint https://<Endpoint URL>:javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure:Application Error
