POS Interface Is With Decimals Not Updating the Inventory And IHT-62 Is Generated With Adjusted Qty as 0 (Doc ID 2788018.1)

On : 21.2 version, Integrate

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After successful processing of the POS file, Inventory is not getting updated and IHT is generated with Adj Qty 0 instead of the decimal qty used in the file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After successful processing of the POS file, Inventory get updated based on transaction type and IHT should populate with Adj Qty used in the POS file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an interface file data using the format specified in Interface Specs along with data.
2. Submit the payload using any web service tool.

Observe that no changes found in inventory record and IHT record created with adj qty=0 instead of decimal sent through web service.
