INC38889339 - Worklist Notification Dates Format are not Consistent

Why on the Change Salary notification, the ‘Next Salary Review Date’ format is ‘YYYY-MM-DD’ which is different to the other date formats displayed in the notification ‘DD/MM/YYYY’?
