Symptoms

CRS doesn't start at server reboot


CRS/database does not get started at reboot on all 4 nodes of cluster

Starting CRS using 'crsctl stat crs' works on all nodes

auto crs start at reboot is enabled

 more /etc/oracle/scls_scr/<node_name>/root/ohasdstr
 enable
