Symptoms
When trying to enter Manual Factor Charges on a Fiscl Document (FD), error message is
shown and there is no way to make a manual distribution on the charges or discounts
associated to a specific line.
Upon clicking the '+' icon in Charges Allocation Details table for manual factor allocaiton,
the error is presented.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Supply chain Execution > Fiscal Document Capture
2. Search and select FD.
3. Edit FD.
4. Try to enter Manual Factor Charges.
5. Encounter the reported error.
