Color Assignments Does Not Correctly Work using Midpoint Value (Doc ID 2788734.1)

Symptoms

On a visualization, a midpoint value should work to separate the color of table.
But when I color measure values and specify a midpoint, the midpoint value can't differentiate the table by color sometimes.
A part of rows that has bigger value than midpoint value may shows different color as following.



Midpoint Value :10  (Not Auto)
Stepped Color : 4

The value over 10 should be Yellow or Green. But 12,15,20 are Red.
