Goal

External tables are used in multiple Loading Knowledge Modules (LKM) while loading to Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace.

E.g. LKM Object Storage to ADWC External Table and LKM BICC to ADW External Table

Sometimes when the loads fail on the external tables with the following error, there is no further information or actual reason for failure.

This article explains on how to query and validate the errors related to the loading of external tables in ADW target database.
