ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Card Expense Type Mapping is greyed out when user is trying to create or edit an expense report template.


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Manage Expense Report Templates
3. Create or edit an expense report template
4. Card Expense Type Mapping is greyed out. User cannot add details, nor can select the expense report template as default.
