Project unprocessed Cost Issue related to Oracle Time and Labor Source - all of Unprocessed Cost outside Project or Task Dates

ERROR

Project Number : Project_Number
Task Number: TasNr Normal Time 8.000 Hours Business Operations Exp item date: 2/8/21 -> 4/1/21
NN transactions Rejected sitting in Unprocessed Transactions
Error stage:
Budgetary Control Engine
Budgetary Control Preprocessing Stage



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

FYI below Cost Cycle for OTL Project Hours :
1- Current OTL Layout doesn't prevent the Employee to submit hours on Not active Projects
2- the Employee has an approved hours related to Project outside Project dates and Task dates
3- Project Accountant submitted Import cost from OTL
4- the Hours in Step 2 was stopped in unprocessed cost on this Project
5- we need Oracle to give us a solution to delete these from unprocessed cost Page Or edit Expenditure Item date for all of these Projects
