All The Catalog Changes Are Not Applied on Admin UI

Symptoms
On : NA version, Store Administration
Admin endpoint updates can appear to not take effect even though changes are saved properly in the back-end due to stale JSONAdminCache entries.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
- Go to /occs-admin > Catalog > Manage Catalogs > All Catalogs > Classical Movies Catalog > Collections
- Make note of the collection count
- Click "Edit List" and add any other collection to the list
- Click Done, and Save
- Go back to Manage Catalogs> All Catalogs > Classical Movies Catalog > Collections
- Observe that the list shows the original collection count (without the newly added collection)
