Symptoms

'Incoterm' drop down list in GTM Landed Cost Simulator is not honoring the User Role VPD Profile.

Example:
----------------------------

01. Create a Incoterm in your domain X

Incoterm ID: X.Custom_Incoterm

02. Create a VPD Profile with the following predicate to restrict access to only Incoterms in Public domain.

INCO_TERM DOMAIN_NAME IN ('PUBLIC') All

03. Assign the custom VPD Profile to a User Role X

04. Switch to User Role X and go to the (Landed Cost Simulator)

Landed Cost > Landed Cost Simulator

05. Open the Incoterm drop down list

It shows both Public and X domain Incoterms. It should only shows Incoterms from the Public domain.
