Symptoms

unable to mount oci-fss mount point on our servers

[root@hostname ~]# mount /mnt/actions
Created symlink from /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/oci-fss-2.service to /usr/lib/systemd/system/oci-fss-2.service.
mount.nfs: Connection timed out

Changes

* FSS performs maintenance activities on a regular basis. Among these that are relevant to this issue:

* Refreshing certificates for Mount Targets for security and compliance.

* Patching our operating systems for compliance. 

* FSS also releases regular updates to the TLS forwarder that provides in transit encryption.
