For What Currency EXCHANGE_RATE of ORDLOC_EXP Is Computed? Local or Primary? (Doc ID 2789806.1)

Goal

Consider the below definitions from ORDLOC table:

Column Name: EST_EXP_VALUE
Comments: Contains the estimated value of the expense in the expenses component currency.


Column Name: COMP_CURRENCY
Comments: Contains the currency the expense or assessment is to be entered in.
If the Calculation Basis is V (Value), then comp_currency will be NULL.


Column Name: EXCHANGE_RATE
Comments: Contains the exchange rate of the individual expense.

Need to know to which currency does this exchange rate convert from the component currency code? Is it the local currency or the primary currency?
