Symptoms

When attempting to access Pricing ReST Service Java Docs
the following error occurs.

Error 404--NotFound



Steps to reproduce : 
1. Try accessing the Pricing ReST Service Java Docs.
2. The URL will show "Service Java Docs" then the Error 404
