EpmAutomate ExportLibraryArifact Generates Errors When Invoked Using exportFormat=LCM Option (Doc ID 2789917.1)

Symptoms

Epmautomate exportLibraryArtifact command fails with error "EPMAT-7:Invalid or missing parameter: errorFile" when run with command similar to that documented in epmautomate documentation:

    epmautomate exportLibraryArtifact ARTIFACT_PATH EXPORT_FILE.zip [exportFormat=LCM] [errorFile=ERROR_FILE.txt]

Changes

 New functionality introduced with epmautomate version 21.05.  Documentation and usage information displayed by epmautomate do not reflect the correct syntax for the new functionality.
