Goal

RMS stores the revisions for an Order in ORDHEAD_REV, ORDSKU_REV, and ORDLOC_REV tables. However, the user ID for the person who made the change is not captured on these tables.

ORDHEAD shows "Last Update ID," but this does not tie to the revision history.
