OMC: EBS Is Unable to Bridge with OMC after Application Performance Monitor Agent Installation (Doc ID 2790594.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Management Cloud (OMC) Application Performance Monitor (APM) Agents were installed to connect with OMC to monitor the E-Business Suite (EBS) activities.

As part of installation processes described in the referenced documentation, this line was added to the startup argument of Admin Server and all the other node managers in the WebLogic Server (WLS) system:

   -javaagent:<PATH_TO_fs_ne>/apmagent/lib/system/ApmAgentInstrumentation.jar

However, EBS is unable to bridge with OMC.

EBS application clone was successful only after removing the APM Agent parameters defined in WLS.
With the APM Agent parameters present, the clone operation could not be performed.
