Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, US Payroll Localization

When attempting to update the home address of terminated employee in responsive UI, after approvals the message "Approvals are in progress. Info is locked." is shown.
No error message present in BPM Worklist, but as per Transaction details diagnostic the following error occurs:

Text : JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null
Action : Contact Oracle Support with the detailed diagnostic log fault message and request them to work with Change Personal Information product area team to resolve this issue.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Contact Info > Search the employee > under Address click on edit (pencil icon) > update the employee address on 22/12/2020 > Submit;
2. Changes were submitted for approval > after approvals in place the message "Approvals are in progress. Info is locked." is shown
