Symptoms

After importing a Learning Questionnaire into Oracle Learning Cloud using the Export to CSV File option from Setup and Maintenance > Workforce Development > Questionnaires, the questionnaire is not available in the Learning folders, but it is returned when running an OTBI Analysis Report.
