Goal

Plan is created in English but display name for user-defined and seeded columns are entered in French.

With the preferences as English, it shows correctly. But when changing the preferences to French.

The seeded columns are displayed in French, but, the user-defined columns are displayed in the original French value and not the changed displayed values in French.
