Symptoms
On Unifier Version 21.5.
When using a Query Based Data Element (QBDE) as a Trigger Element to send the record to the next step in the workflow through Conditional Routing:
Expected Result
The record should Send to the next step in the workflow without incident.
Actual Result
An Alert pops up with something similar to the following - noting that the first half of the Error Code is the company Short Name which is stagnant, and the second half is dynamic:
Error Code: OJEKATPA-2475TA1DO3
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code OJEKATPA-2475TA1DO3.
The Error Code can be used to search the log files for additional information, and something similar to the following will be found:
