User has observed that with Manage Action Items process parameters, there is Plan Name parameter which displays only Plans Not In Program instead of Plans associated with Program Name.

Is this intended functionality? If yes then why doesn't parameter says Plan not in program
Is there a way to run Manage Action Items process only for specific benefit plan (In Program)
