1. Navigate to Asset->Manage Leases
2.Update Term lease and create new Periodic lease payment
3.Navigate to Pending Transactions
4.Edit Lease and Submit
5.Navigate to Assets->Adjust Asset
4.Search Asset and Adjust Life in Years
5.Submit
