Unable to Cancel Rework Work Order After Cancelling the OSP Purchase Order (Doc ID 2791638.1)

Symptoms

When user Cancels the OSP Purchase Order,Production Exception created against Work Order automatically but Unable to Cancel the Rework Work Order. While trying to cancel the Work Order the following error occurs.

"Updating the work order status from RELEASED to CANCELLED is not allowed"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. login to applications
2. goto Supplychain Execution->Work Execution
3. Create OSP Rework Work Order
4. Release Work Order
5. OSP Requisition Created and PO Generated
6. Cancel the Purchase Order
7. Search the OSP Work Order
8. Production Exception Created and User Closed the Production Exception
9. Cancel the Work order and Error Appears

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should able to Cancel Rework Work Order Successfully
