Goal

No applications in IDCS (Oracle Identity Cloud Service).

When the user logs into IDCS and clicks on Applications and Services, it shows blank whereas expecting to see MFCS Stage, MFCS DEV, MFCS PROD, MFCS Break-Fix etc.
