Symptoms

When trying to upgraed an applications VBCS runtime version we are getting error:

"Moved Auto-Wiring decorator metadata node model object definitions
Migration failed on webApps/adminportalvb/flows/interface-dashboard/pages/interface-dashboard-staged-interfaced-data-page.json"
