Symptoms

Lot Generation Is Not Respecting the Starting Lot Number From PIM if Lot Uniqueness Set as 'Unique across items' at Organization Level


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------
1. login to applications
2. goto Setup and Maintenance->Global Search->Manage Inventory Organizations
3. Set Lot Uniqueness as Unique Across Items
4. Save and Close
5. Product management->Product Information Management
6. Create Item and Associate to Child Organization
7. Goto Organization Specifications->Inventory-> Set Lot Control as Full Control and Lot Prefix and Starting Number
8. Save and Close
9. Supplychain Execution->Inventory Management
10. Task list->Manage Lots
11. create New Lot
12. Enter Item and Click on Generate Lot and System populates different Starting number with Same Prefix

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should honor the Item Level Lot Starting Number
