Symptoms

The message below will be shown in place of the Oracle Users section, if the Oracle Users Object is set to Read Only for the logged in user in Salesforce.

To observe the message log in as a user with Read Only permissions to the Oracle User Object, then follow the steps below:

  1. In Salesforce, navigate to the Setup > Manage Users > Users.
  2. Click on the user that you want to sync with CPQ.
  3. Scroll down to the Oracle User section.
  4. Observe the Message below.

Content cannot be displayed: User does not have permission required to access this page.

Changes

 This occurs on the new Managed Package (MP8). On Managed Package 7, if the Oracle Users object is set to read only, the Oracle User section will be visible but not editable.
