Study Not Appearing On Case Form When Added In Database Using PKG_CONSOLE_INSERT_AUDIT Package

Symptoms
User have configured a Study using database procedure "PKG_CONSOLE_INSERT_AUDIT.P_LM_STUDIES_I" from back-end. The configuration was successful and no errors identified. The newly configured Study appeared in Argus Console -> Business Configuration -> Studies
However, the Study was not available in the Case Form i.e. Case Action > New > Project and Study until user go to Argus Console > Business Configuration > Studies and save the study again without any change.
