Submitting Order On The Part Details Tab Results In Error: Java.lang.NullPointerException (Doc ID 2793619.1)

Symptoms

When select the 'add order' button on the Service Request > Parts detail subtab the following error occurs:

java.lang.NullPointerException

This error does not happen for all accounts.   In most cases the 'add order' button is working successfully..  The problem can be reproduced only for some accounts
