On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Primary Point of Contact" field is not available on the service request mass update page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expected the functionality to work for the field "Primary Point of Contact"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service Request list page > Select multiple SRs
2. Actions > Mass Update > Search for "Primary Point of Contact"
3. The field is not available.
