On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Authoring
Error while Project Billing Contract validation (The unit of measure for line 1000 is invalid_.
Customer uploaded Project Billing Contract Line through "Import Management - Import Object" process and other relevant contract billing data too. After all upload when doing contract Validation process it's showing error message for 2,064 contract lines
Error Message - "The unit of measure for line 100 is invalid".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer uploaded Project Billing Contract Line through "Import Management - Import Object" process
2. After all upload when doing contract Validation process
3. system throwing errors
