Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CFIN Error Enable tax line allocation for tax-only tax lines

Created an invoice with doc id = <Doc_ID 1> for offset tax from supplier site <Supplier Site 1>
Also created an invoice with doc id = <Doc_ID 2> from supplier site <Supplier Site 2>
The above two invoices got posted to ReIM Staging tables


These posted documents got interfaced from ReIM staging tables to CFIN Via RFI, 

On CFIN side, the invoice failed with error: Enable tax line allocation for tax-only tax lines.
