Symptoms

Creating pack items using Data Conversion tool will generate duplicate records in the PRICE_HIST table.

Steps To Recreate:
1) Upload item data file to SFTP server
- create a regular item
- create a pack item
2) DC tool - Import from File
3) DC tool - Data Validation
4) DC tool - Business Validation.
5) Note duplicate records created in PRICE_HIST table.
