Symptoms

When attempting to Hiring Team object records as part of the JobRequisition.dat HDL file, the following error occurs below for two records

An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Insert": SQL Statement "INSERT INTO IRC_TEAM_MEMBERS(TEAM_MEMBER_ID,PERSON_ID,OBJECT_TYPE,OBJECT_ID,MEMBER_TYPE_CODE,OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER,CREATED_BY,CREATION_DATE,LAST_UPDATED_BY,LAST_UPDATE_DATE,LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN,ASSIGNMENT_ID,COLLABORATOR_RESP_TYPE_CODE) VALUES (:1,:2,:3,:4,:5,:6,:7,:8,:9,:10,:11,:12,:13

Other records import and load successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load Hiring Team object records as part of the JobRequisition.dat HDL file
2. Encounter error message above for a two records; other records load successfully
3. follow steps to bounce FA Domain as instructed per Doc ID 2684824.1
4. still encountering the same error; no difference
