Error For Lease With Variable Lease Payment Only: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: Numeric Or Value Error: NULL Index Table Key Value (Doc ID 2796139.1)

Goal

User creates a lease with variable lease payment only but Generate Schedules fails due to the following errors:

They have their payment schedule. But when tried to create the Recurring Payment with Variable Lease Payment.
Generate Schedules completes in Error. The log shows:

fa_lease_amort_sch_calc_pkg.redistribute_amort_sch
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value
fa_lease_amort_sch_calc_pkg.create_amort_sch
User-Defined Exception
FA_LEASE_GEN_INT_SCH_PKG.generate_amort_sch
User-Defined Exception
FA_LEASE_GENERATE_SCH_PKG.MAIN
User-Defined Exception
Lease Number <LEASE_NUMBER> couldn't be processed.
