Symptoms
A non-Administrator user creates and saves an Agent in a Shared Folder.
The same user (who created and owns the Agent) later edits the Agent and tries to save the Agent, but it fails and the following error is thrown:
Server Error
privilege denied for user to path /shared/<path>/<agent>
