Unable To Publish Taxonomy (Doc ID 2796718.1)

Symptoms

We are unable to publish one of our Taxonomies.

When we try to publish it with an assigned channel it returns error: Insufficient privilege on channel: <Channel_Id>.

However, we are able to publish other taxonomies with that channel.
