Some of assemblies cannot be rolled with the following exceptions.

Assemblies not rolled up due to lower level error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Supply Chain Execution > Cost Accounting
2. Tasklist > Manage Cost Scenarios
3. Create a new cost scenario and roll up costs.
4. Cost roll up ends up in warning with execeptions.
5. Click on Action > View Scenario Exceptions
6. See the above error.
