Symptoms

Transfer Cost to Cost Management Report taking too long.

Users observe the 'Transfer Cost to Cost Management' is taking too long time to complete.
The expectation is to complete within around 10 minutes but now it is taking more than 40 minutes.

Due to this issue, period close processing is delayed

Steps To Reproduce
 
1. Submit Transfer Cost to Cost Management
2. Job runs 40+ minutes
