Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Other Issues

Load Time card batch process is failing to retrieve time card information for about few employees.
with the below error message:


ERROR
-----------------------

The time card for <Employee number >between 20XX-07-26 and 20XX-08-01 couldn't be retrieved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create time card -> Approve the same -> Transfer to payroll through Load time card batch process

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Customer unable to process payroll, since for some employee the time cards are not transferred.
