When downloading the XlaTransactionUploadTemplate from production, the metadata version and the header file does not match what the test environment has and is the correct one.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The XlaTransactionUploadTemplate from production, the metadata version and the header file should have the latest template format and version
Metadata version number : 3
Header file should have also the fields below:

The Metadata version shown is 1 and the fields shown above are not listed in the Header file.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fusion Accounting Hub > Accounting Transformation > Manage Subledger Application > Download template button
2. Open the metadata and header file and the version and fields are not correct
