User are Unable to Switch Property of Components

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user click on the components such as "input text", the properties are not displayed from the second time.
The properties of the first selected control are displayed, however the next time user select a control, it will not switch to the selected one.
This only happens in certain VB applications.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Which component should be clicked to display its properties.
