Fusion Absence Management: Year End Payout Disbursed Before Running The Accrual Process (Doc ID 2798030.1)

Year end payout is getting disbursed before running the accrual process. This is causing error when update enrollment process is run. Because of this error it is not ending the plan when eligibility is lost.

1. 'Year End Disbursement' entry coming from next plan term i.e. 1-Jan even without running Accruals. Other records are coming as Projected values.
2. When 'Year End Disbursement' value populates for an employee without running accruals, if employee lost eligibility as on 31-Dec, and ran the 'Update Accrual Plan and Enrollment' process, getting below error.
