On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, US Payroll

While creating the Tax withholding card association the below error is displayed;
the employee has been re-hired, so attempting to create the calculation card association for them.


ERROR

The calculation component US Taxation can only be associated with one tax reporting unit at a time. (PAY-1636136)
This calculation component is already associated with a tax reporting unit. You must delete the existing association before you can create a new one.
Error
You already have an active association between this tax card and this tax reporting unit. (HRX-1560403)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll > Calculation Cards
2. Search for the employee> Tax Withholding calculation card
4. Associations >Create
