ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upon trying to add a new Business Unit - Reference Accounts within a Bill to purpose, error is encountered:

Too many object match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx HZ_CUST_SITE_USES_ALL ].
Attribute BuId in EditCustomerAccountSiteAM.oracle_apps_financials_receivables_shared_setup_uiModel_applicationModue_ReferenceAccountAM.EditReferenceAccountUI1 is required

or

ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.AR_REF_ACCOUNTS_ALL_U1) violated

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables > Billing > Tasks > Manage Customers
2. Search for the customer > access the Site
3. Bill to Purpose > Reference Accounts > Add

NOTE: the issue is replicable if the user is performing the same within i.e. Transaction Type > Reference Accounts.
