Item number is correctly passed in the paylod, but Requester is unable to enter a requisition via punchout due to error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to create a requisition via punchout
2. Edit Requisition UI/page does not load, instead an error is returned in Purchase Requisitions page/UI:
