Symptoms
The Order Config is set as AUTOCALC
When creating an Order Base via integration , the weight and volume is not calculated based on the packaged item setup
It shows as 0 instead
When create Order Base for same item from UI and OTM is correctly calculating weight/volume o f the resultant created order base
